[quote=Weh-Weh]Wake is decent if ya got enough good teams organized enough in their tactics to make things interesting. It sucks when it's one sided (enemy favor) and it can be one sided against you very fast and for a very long time if you're on the american side with a sucky team that can't even take a damn flag let alone touch the shore alive. The only other map that makes it fun whether you are on a shit team or not is Mashtuur to me. So easy to defend most flags except the freaking Mosque (OMG I HATE URBAN COMBAT NEAR MOSQUE!).
You guys might want to consider rotating Mashtuur into the mix every now and then like this if you're not use to the map. Believe it'll grow on you. It's where I learned how to squad lead well and get use to the flow of action throughout the map. For first timers on Mashtuur rotate it like this: Mashtuur-Karkand-Mashtuur-Gulf of Oman-Mashtuur-Jalalalabad-Mashtuur-Wake- ETC....
It's just a consideration. Good luck. I'll be seeing you guys in about a month because I'm still a little low on cash to buy a new pc and stuff. DORK IT UP!!! :D

P.S.- NO MATTER WHAT MAP THIS WILL SAVE YOUR ASS AS A SQUAD LEADER! LISTEN CAREFULLY!!! Wherever there's a building with only one way up via stairwell with a sheltered rooftop have someone (or yourself) lay a couple claymores to block entrance to the building and have the support dude to drop you ALL of his ammo bags. Once this is done, you can now stay there and assist with sniping shots, spotting, and advising your fellow squadies on how to approach the nearest flag. This tip works wonders near the mosque where there is at least two building near by that you can use this tactic on. The reason this tactic works so damn well, at least for me...never fails, is because you and your squadies are protected from both artillery and safe from small arms fire. One thing is for certain, if you're the only team doing anything and there's more then one good team knowing where you are hiding (building trick) you are either bound to get unbelievable kill streaks or get ass raped if you don't know how to defend the building from sniper fire, first floor and rooftop grenading, and enemies simply pouring into the building via stairwell (tripping the claymores and simply running in full force not caring about dying..eek!). A good commander will notice your troubles defending the tricky building position and help via UAV or better yet drop artillery on your head so that it'll kill most of the troops causing you trouble. The dream team for defending a position like this is the following below:
Support/Sniper SQUAD LEADER
Sniper/Support (Support if you don't have one yet...one is enough)
Medic (duh)
Sniper
Sniper
Sniper

Offensive Defensive ULTIMATE mix: YUMMY!
Sniper (squad leader)(block off entrance to building)
Support (ammo bizatch)
Medic (pansy who can't kill worth shit and can only get a decent score via teamscore)(J/K)
Spec Ops (tank smashing mastery NEEDED)
Assault (eats bullets for breakfast)
Anti Tank (blow up camping vehicles)
