With over 15 million player accounts being created since release, Battlefield 2 is still going strong. On the forums we often see discussions about whether there will ever be another update for the game. Well, today we are happy to announce that we are working on an update for Battlefield 2. We are planning to provide an open beta in the near future and we hope youll give us your feedback before final release; so watch out for that.
Keep an eye on www.Battlefield.com for information on what we are working on, release dates and dont forget to visit our forums.
In the mean time Battlefield Bad Company is released worldwide this week and we expect it will keep you occupied while we work on the update.

I just played for a couple of hours on bf2s server with Jappe, was good fun, everyone join tonight! (It is wake though)

I was just playing on the BF2s server too, might I add my side won and I was commanding 
God I missed BF2, got all my connection problems fixed too, but the high ping still affects me. The BF2s server doesn't kick me so thast why I play on it.
What time you on at ?

Though it needs more players tbh. So we can get some more balanced teams. The first rounds it was just me vs Legionair and that was balanced. ^^
I'm sure Teek will join as well. Also, it might go to shongua IO :awsm:.
