Please note that your computer needs a Network Interface Card (or NIC) in order to participate on the network.  These are generally not installed as standard with new systems, but are relatively inexpensive and available from most good computer stores.  Our networks are UTP-based, which means that you need a 10BaseT or 100BaseTX capable network card in order to connect.  If you already have a network card, check that it has a "telephone-like" connector on the back (RJ45).  If you don't fancy the fuss of getting your own card, you can purchase one off us on the day, which we will install and
configure for you. We sell 10/100 RJ45 cards for £25.00 including VAT and installation.

Do you have one of these on the back of your PC?

If you do, then you have a NIC. It may be that your NIC is built into your motherboard, mine is.

Not, it won't be any different. And no, it's not really an 'internets' port, it's a network port.

Didn't know adam is using laptop yikes, and yeah that also seems like RJ-45 type too wink
If he is using laptop then that means he got his camera back and that also meens that he never took that photo...

Edit: About that photo, don't try to make yourself to take it because it seems to be somehow really scary and hard to do so i guess it really is better for you to stop trying...
