hey i have fraps and i now how to film how to use it..but i don't now how all thos film pieces add together

You have to use a Video Editor. 'Windows Movie Maker' comes with Xp/Vista, you could use that. It's quite simple to use.

That's odd. I can add .avi files just fine to Windows Movie Maker. Can you play the .avi files?
