Unfortunately i have to pay VAT because the university wont let me buy bits and then charge to purchasing, but i do get lots of trade discounts under my own name 
Sorry airie, never meant to be that hard on alienware owners, but you can build a top end system without paying the £600 - £800 markup. Icy and myself put together a top end system online, and found we could buy the parts and put it together ourselves for much much less.
