i'm not too keen on Vista, it seems like a rip - off of the Mac. and it's not great for gaming...

hi guys,
just a quick comment.
i do like the "rip off of a mac" comment. windows has been a victim of this type of comment since 6.22 dosshell (and rightly so).
I remember my first install of windows xp MSDN back in august 2001. and that was on a pentium 3 1ghz laptop. lets just say that, games didnt run very well on that either 
.
The only gripe i have got about windows vista is that its another MCP book a have to buy and another exam to take to keep the old skill set up to date.
I like the screenies Teek, looks pretty cool.

It's a feature. The same way you can download additional "Widgets" for Macs, only, on Vista they're called "Gadgets".
