Topic: Problems problems :)
So i decided to ask it here because we have some computer persons here...
1st: My vista 64bit doesnt like to do sleep, if i press it to go to sleep mode, it stays there for 1 min max and then starts up again. Even when it should sleep!!!
Fixed by Bios update and small setting changes.
Vista Clock falling behind also fixed with bios update
2nd: Overclocking fails, always.
My q9450 can be overclocked to 3.2 ghz with factory voltages, loads of people have done that.
But when i try to up my fsb, my computer always fails to boot at 1st time, (dual bios).
If i go to bios after that and re-set my overclock fsb back it boots up normally and works somehow.
Friend told me that it could be my ram sticks
, On one forum the reason was my gfx card...
What i did was change fsb to 375 example (3ghz),
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) to 100,
change mem ratio so i dont overclock my ram,
I might have done something else too, but can't remember for sure...
Any change to fsb, seems to fuck my computer stability up...
My Computer build can be found from http://www.kntl.co.uk/topic/1383/comput i-get-one/
Stuff fixed, Bios update was the one needed ![]()
