Just finished the computer. CPU is idling at around 28c and 48c under full load with an overclock from 2.33Ghz to 3Ghz. Also have my 8800GT at 700/1850. Had to add an extra fan too it as the 8800 was hitting 70c but they have hit 90c so I'm not worrying.

try getting hold off a "grey" cpu it run most of the major severs the specs are awsome cost a bundle (£ 350 ) run on a dedicated board the only one i found was a asus with 8gb ram ati hd 4750 2x 3TB hdd a standerd black case an 1800watt psu all together 4 120mm fans and bingo (£800 later) a buetty
