360 Elites have better cooling, making a RRoD much less likely to happen.
And fyi, I've had my 360 (not Elite, premium) since Dec. 06 and haven't gotten the RRoD once.

Which makes me even more angrier because I've had mine since Easter '07 and I got the RRoD :<
Oh, add the fact that MS have said on the site that they still haven't recieved the console, yet UPS delivered it on the 18th
