Only thing I can when looking at that if you GFX. You are going to pay a lot of money for very little noticeable improvement from something like a 8800GTS, unless you love crysis so much you want to bum it pay £££££££ to play it on high.
And also I would say your PSU is  too high following on from that argument.

Also your hard drive. I personally prefer to have like a 250GB for installations and stuff, and a second one that is 160gb or so to put all my downloaded shit on like films and programs and downloaded games and stuff. It's what I have now and means if I ever need to do a install I don't need to use any DVD's I just copy and paste important stuff onto a second hard drive.

Get more than one hardrive, that way you can record fraps to a different drive than the one the game is installed on to get a major improvement in fps etc. Ditch the PSU 1000W is overkill, even 700-800 is more than enough. The cpu is probably letting you down, with you spending over 1K on a rig, you could definetly go for a better CPU.

What website are you using to order from, I'll knock you one up.

nvm you're using scan.

If you've ever used fraps on the same hardrive as the one you have bf2/cod4 etc installed on, then you'll notice the lag and fps drop that you get, recording to a dif hardrive eliminates that, plus you can use that solely for music/videos/files without cluttering your operating system drive.
