I'm not really sure what's wrong with Ventrilo. I can connect fine but it seems that other people can't.
Who can connect using their normal Ventrilo account with password?
Who can connect as a GUEST (using a different account)?
Who can't connect full stop?
What happens when you try to connect? What happens if you leave it trying to connect, does it time-out?
I'll send a support ticket ASAP.

Well, if Teek makes a new account, he can connect fine. But neither Kptk or Eldu have accounts.

OK, I've found the problem. Well actually, James & Matt accidentally discovered it - They just don't know that they have.
Our server IP has changed. The reason I can connect is because I am using the domain name rather than the IP address to connect. Our host probably sent me an email about it, but my emails weren't working last week so I never got the email.
The new IP is: 78.129.193.9:27386
You can, like me, also use this address to connect: v27.darkstarllc.com:27386

That would explain why I could connect when I made a new account as I used the domain name thing.
