I believe they can be found here:
X:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Common_client.zip -> Sound.
Taunt1.ogg
Taunt2.ogg
Taunt3.ogg
(print screens from someone else)
I think it does a sort of laugh... like the sound when you kill someone on UT
