he has used a hack/ glitch/ cheat
a few weeks ago there were around 7 people at the top of the leader board who have now been reset with weird scores 17,000 kills with all weps and most used wep mines ect ... they have all been reset
basically hes selling his account before it gets banned i.e scamming

Also, if EA/Dice discover that you have purchased an account. The account is either reset or banned.
It's quite easy for people to report it.

Someone report the account to EA. EA either reset or ban accounts that have been sold, since it is against the ROE.
